10% Restocking fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for repeat customers.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has not shipped, we may only charge a 5% administration fee. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order once item is received and there is no visible damage. If there is damage or signs of use/wear we cannot accept the item.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery! It is vital you inspect at time of delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
